Re: Our factory has been providing domestic military regions and various police units with batteries and equipments for a long time. Therefore, our battery has quality guarantee.
Q2: What's the warranty of your battery?
Re: It is depend on what type of batteries we use .We provide 1 year warranty for lithium ion batteries and 5 years warranty for lifepo4 batteries except for artificial damage or soaking.
Q3:Is this product safe?
A: All the battery packs are built with BMS with function of over-charge, over-discharge, over-load and short-circuit protection.
Q4: What's the lead time?
A: 1. Sample orders: 7 working days.
2. Bulk orders: 15-20working days according to different quantities.
3. OEM:25 working days on receipt of sample confirmation.
Q5: Can you send a sample for us to develop?
A: Yes, we can. Sample can be sent out once you ask for it, but we will ask a sample fee. Sample fee will be returned back in future order.
